The Benefits of Coffee

Visit us at www.eastwesthealing.com Facebook http Nutritional coaching eastwesthealing.com The Metabolic Blueprint Program eastwesthealing.com What are some of the benefits of using coffee to stimulate metabolism?

In this video I talk about the benefits of using a bullpup design weapon in Battlefield 3. DICE has given these weapons a hipfire accuracy bonus, as well as a movement speed buff while ADS to reflect advantages in the real world design. I try to dig into some of these to see exactly how much of a benefit there is and is it worth considering when choosing your loadouts. ———–Connect With Kulprit———– Twitter: twitter.com Facebook: www.facebook.com Email: kulprit008@gmail.com Website: www.Kulprit008.com Xbox Tag Kulprit008 PS3 SEN: Kulprit008 Origin: Kulprit008 Steam: Kulprit008 Battlelog: battlelog.battlefield.com

Enjoyed your website for a while now and was thrilled to see this video. Avid coffee lover (and avoid-er) here, always with cream and milk… I have a question from a female perspective: What about those of us who easily tend toward yin deficiency, due to having children close together or breastfeeding. Would you still recommend coffee? And would it be appropriate at all phases in the menstrual cycle, or would it be better to avoid during menstruation and the follicular (yin) phase?

What about those of us who don’t want to change our estrogen, thyroid or potassium levels but just want to increase the serotonin?

Any mention of other negative side effects? Like acidosis? Or how more pesticides are used to farm inorganic coffee than any other plant?

I drink coffee with Coconut oil and honey or stevia extract.

Haha, you talk so fast the video electrons can’t keep up!

Agreed on most points. No drip. Just say no to drip! Gotta go espresso or pour over. Espresso has about 30% less caffeine than a comparable amount of drip.

Also, coffee must be roasted correctly and extracted correctly to get the good stuff out of the bean. No darker than “full city” is my personal rule.

any brands for recommendations for coffee? What are some of the negatives of drinking blank coffee?

My diet is as good as I can get it. I kind of have a dinner / breakfast, like right now I’ve got a hot spicy curry and a salad. I’m on an anti-inflammatory thing at the mo. Green smoothies are wicked! I usually do one with kefir, berries and avocado =)

  18. rui27marne says:

whats ur diet like? im running out of breakfast recipes.. i usually make green smoothies but im tired of it

  19. MsOobii says:

Oh yeah, I have heard of casein being an inhibiting substance… I personally don’t experience any bad effects from a bit of milk, but perhaps I wouldn’t anyway. Either way it’s probably much more digusting than we’d like!

  20. rui27marne says:

thaks.. theres alot of studies that say milk binds to antioxidants , making it pointless to cconsume lets say blueberries wit yogurt.. so much confusion about milk

  21. MsOobii says:

You have to only use coffee or tea SOMETIMES I think is the basic point.

  22. MsOobii says:

I think it is, just in case that matters :)

  23. ginavoce25 says:

So this goes for caffeinated teas as well or just coffee?

  24. rui27marne says:
